Costco Finds - GreenPan™

I go to Costco every Thursday because we always need something - more eggs or vegetables.  Since Costco is the best shopping destination for those of us trying to follow a healthier lifestyle, I figure I should share the stuff I find and why I think it is a good choice.

Today I share with you the GreenPan™.  They are my new favorite non-stick cookware.  We are trying to eliminate toxins at our house that compete for micronutrients and are just an extra burden for our bodies to detox from.  These pans have a ceramic coating that is actually more non-stick than any teflon that I have used.  The patented Thermolon™ non-stick technology is heat resistant up to high temperatures. This means that GreenPan™ has an extra safety feature; if you overheat your pan, even up to 450/850, no toxic fumes will be released and the coating will not blister or peel.  I just love to cook with it!
